As a consequence of the new crisis we are suffering now, many communities will try to reduce all their expenditures contracting their services with new companies much cheaper than the ones they already have.

As we have learnt from the previous economic crisis, many companies will start to offer very reduced fees. The consequence will be that many current companies that have been dealing with the community for years without any problem will see their contracts cancelled.

This may happen with community administration, gardening, maintenance pools and all the rest of the companies providing the services required by the communities.

As we have experience from the last crisis, all this changes for a cheaper price always have resulted in problems for the owners, conflicts with the rest of suppliers; deficiencies in the accounting management; lack of legalities, owners´s misinformation and lack of support, and above all of these, a sharp decrease in the community´s standard of quality.

Now we have the opportunity to learn from the past and avoid incurring in the same mistake we made during the previous crisis.

If the services provide by the existing community companies are doing well, it would be silly to take the risk of changing it for a cheaper price that, in the end, will result more expensive.
