This does not mean that the lack of maintenance or the\nbuilding defects will be covered but it will cover many others damages that\ncould be very important for communities and private owners. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not many\ncompanies offer this kind of full cover, but, just an example, Mapfre is one of\nthem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With this\nfull cover policy, the communities will have the opportunity to insure not only\nthose elements that are common to all buildings, but to insure the construction\nin full including communal and private elements of the building against the risk of fire, water\ndamage, breakages, electrical damage, etc.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In\naddition to the known covers, the Mapfre policy and some others include the\ndamages to your private apartment or house as a consequence of accidental\nsmoke; vandalism; full water damage ( including the localisation, repair and\ndamages caused); changing of locks both to private and community doors in the\ncase of robbery or loss of keys by owners; robbery within the community to\nowners, tenants or cohabitants; breakages to sanitary units, windows and\ninternal doors; inhabitability of properties due to a claim covered by the\npolicy, etc., and naturally public liability cover for the community.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Besides\nthis, public liability cover between owners can also be added to the full cover\npolicy.
