Other issues

In general, our services encompass all actions necessary to comply with the provisions of Article 20 of the current Spanish Horizontal Property Law, which establishes that the administrator is responsible for:

  • Issuing warnings and formal notices to owners when necessary.
  • Preparing the forecast expenditure plan and proposing funding methods.
  • Managing maintenance and urgent repairs to the building.
  • Implementing resolutions adopted at meetings; managing collections and payments.
  • Acting as secretary to the Board/General Meeting and safekeeping all official documentation.
  • Complying with any other duties entrusted by the Owners’ Association.
