Intercala is registered with the Málaga and Melilla Association of Property Administrators under No. 274, and we hold public liability insurance to cover any potential liabilities that may arise in the performance of our duties. About us

José Luis Navarro Rosado is a practising lawyer and property administrator and for more than 35 years has been advising on and managing the various issues affecting community of owners.

He has been the President of the Málaga and Melilla Association of Property Administrators.

He is a founding partner of Intercala Asesores, S.L. and Intercala Administradores, S.L.

He served as a lawyer for Fuengirola City Council’s legal department in the area of urban planning from 1991 until 1993.

He is the author of multiple articles on horizontal property law. Over the years, he has published articles in EuroWeekly, Editorial Sepin, Legal Today, Key to Mijas, The Costa Connection, among others.

He is currently Vice-President of the Málaga Arbitration Court.

He is currently a member of the Leases and Horizontal Property Section of the Málaga Bar Association.

He has been a member of the National Legislation Committee of the General Council of Property Administrators of Spain.

He is the author of several books on the legal regulation of communities of owners in Spain and  his latest book is «Practical Manual of Homeowners’ Associations in Spain and Tourist Apartments», published on Amazon.»
